Park 1 water issues addressed

Chennai Corporation and park contractor didn't repair the park motor for the past six months even after our repeated compliance through website, letters and in person.

Therefore on behalf of our association,the motor and other plumbing works done.and cleared the problems once and for all.

The watch man will pour water every day to the plants in the park(2nd St) hereafter.

Dear All,
We have planted around 30 tree plants today(18th Nov 2017) in our nagar, Thanks lot to THAKKAM volunteer group for their efforts and plantation.. Thanks to all our EC members and residents who supported the today activity. Special thanks to Mr Siva for his dedicated support.
As usual, Thanks to Mr. Balthazar for this arrangement and support.

Its now our responsibility to grow the plants!!!

Let's make our nagar green...

We are going to plant 30 more trees in coming weeks, will notify you.

Letters given to our Corporation officials

Dear Residents,

We have handed over all Letters to corp officials on 5th Oct 2017 & we explained them our concenrs to them.
We will keep interacting with the corporation officials for further follow up. We have handed over the letter to Jai maruti mahal manager also.

Thanks for being part of our AVnagar ph1 whatsapp group. We are noticing many active members in this group and we are helping together to address our common issues. Let’s keep doing the great.
Our New association committee is started doing great efforts with all new executive committee members and all residents support. We’ve already started interacting with many corporation officials for our concerns. We’ve prepared Complaint letters to address our many of our common concerns which are discussed during our last general body meeting & in further executive committee meetings. We are going to summit these letters to corporation officials in few days with our committee members’ presence.
Let’s all support our new association committee members and our association as united.
We request you to become part of our association member by paying our annual fees Rs. 500. Please kindly call our Treasurer Mr. B. Sridhar (phone: 8754557543) (or) please contact any other committee members. You will receive our receipt with your Association Membership number. Kindly pay the annual fee before 31st Oct 2017. Please inform your neighbours to become our Association member.
Kindly note your participation and support is mandatory for our ongoing activities. We’ve planned to have grand celebration of our Republic Day (Jan 26, 2018) with much interaction and games for everybody.
Let’s be united and let’s address our common concerns ourselves.

This is to inform you that we had executive   committee meeting yesterday from  4 pm to 6 pm. We discussed many new activities & concerns which will be implemented/addressed one by one for the better development of our nagar.

We too expect all of your support to take forward our initiatives and activities.
